Holiday apartments

Our apartments were completely renovated in 2008 and offer space for up to four people. In the spring of 2018, the bathrooms were also renovated to offer our guests maximum comfort and modern furnishings. All apartments have free WLAN. For us, it is very important that you feel at ease in your holiday apartment and that you can enjoy your holiday at our farm to the fullest.

The apartments have a large living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, sink with dishcloths and detergent, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Children's cutlery, high chairs and extra cradles are available free of charge on request.
The bedrooms are partly furnished with solid wood furniture and the new beds are made of Swiss pine wood which offers an extra restful sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and bathtub. Towels are included for the period of your holiday and can be changed upon request.

In each apartment, we have a small library with some books to plan your excursions. On the left, in the corridor to the bathroom, you will also find a wide selection of brochures and leaflets with tips for excursions and other information. You will find the right offer for you. In addition, there are board games, some toys, sheets and pencils for colouring.

All prices are per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 7 days.

For stays of less than 7 days, an additional fee will be charged.

Only stays of 3 nights or more are possible.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, towels, heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning (including final cleaning) and all taxes and duties, excluding local tax (2.70€/person and night from 14 years of age).

Reservations are binding only after the deposit of 150€ has been credited to our account. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. In case of early departure or late arrival, the booked days will be charged.

We do not accept cash cards or credit cards. The invoice can be paid in cash.

On the day of arrival, the apartment will be ready from 15.00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 09.30 am.

Use of washing machine (against payment)

Cancellation Policy

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you the right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:

Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival. Only the deposit will be retained
Cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date: 50% of the total price
Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total price
after that 100% of the total price
In case of arrival after the reservation start date or early departure, the total price will be charged.

Red Rooster Cancellation Insurance

In order to save costs, we recommend that you sign a "Red Rooster Cancellation Insurance".

Red Rooster has concluded a general agreement with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. We are able to offer you a cheap and above all non-bureaucratic solution if you want to be safe. In many cases, cancellations, late departures and early departures are covered by this holiday cancellation insurance.
